Third Party Data Sharing and Processor Agreements

Any third party to whom we disclose your personal information, including service providers and partners, will be required under contract to:

  • Handle the data in accordance with POPIA,
  • Maintain confidentiality,
  • Use the data solely for the purposes for which it was shared,
  • Implement equivalent security measures.

We do not sell or commercialise your personal information.

Consent Collection and Withdrawal (PAPI-Aligned)

Consent for processing personal and children’s data is:

  • Actively obtained through clear consent boxes (no pre-ticked options),
  • Informed, with a concise summary of data usage before submission,
  • Auditable, and recorded for proof of consent,
  • Revocable, with users able to withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Information Officer or using account settings.


Cross-Border Processing – Jurisdictions & Safeguards

We may process or store data in:

  • The European Union (under GDPR adequacy)
  • The United States (under standard contractual clauses)
  • South Africa

All such transfers are done in compliance with Section 72 of POPIA and involve contractual safeguards to ensure the continued protection of your personal information.
